Quick & Healthy “Berry Banana” Shake

You can create this creamy, vegan frozen banana treat at home in less than 5 minutes. You only need a few ingredients and a blender to create a healthy, fruity shake that's as delicious as it is nourishing.


Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop Greens First Powder, Berry 
  • 1 scoop Dream Protein, Plant-Based Vanilla
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Optional additions: peanut butter, avocado, sliced banana garnish


Instructions:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds until the mixture is thick, creamy, and pourable.
  3. Pour into a large glass and top with a banana slice.
  4. Enjoy your delicious frosty treat!


Makes 1 serving.
