60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

At Greens First, we stand behind our products and our quality controls.  If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a refund for the cost of your product within 60 days of purchase. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Greens First’s 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is available only for products purchased from our website or our authorized sellers who are in compliance with our terms, conditions and strict quality controls, and who we have confirmed as providing genuine, new and authentic Greens First brand products. Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Greens First 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law. This Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How do I submit a guarantee request and return an item?

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact customer service for more information on returning an item at either the email address or phone number below. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You will then need to mail your Greens First product to the address below and provide proof of purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your product.
