You are used to getting tested for things like blood pressure and cholesterol. Now you can easily and accurately test the pH levels of your body. And you can conduct the simple test in the comfort of your own home. pH testing indicates various things including an overall state of your body’s health. More specifically, this test will tell you how acidic or alkaline your tissues and fluids are.

Saliva Testing - Test first thing in the morning, 2-3 times a week.

Before brushing teeth, get a clean sample by bringing up saliva 2 times, then test 3rd saliva.
